Beating Bellum for the first time in Zelda Phantom Hourgl ?

Can anyone help, I have made it through Phantom Hourgl and am facing Bellum for the first time. I have done most of it I think, he's gone up to the ceiling twice and I have shot his eyes with my bow and arrow and he has spouted out ciela's memory. Now he's flying around in circles and I am at a total loss as to what to do next. Unfortunately I can't look on any of the normal game websites to get a point in the right direction because I'm at work and all the game websites are blocked lol Is there anyone that could please tell me what I need to do next?
