Pagans, do you celebrate Lammas Sabbat(and other Sabbats) on Aug 1 or the astrological date?

Honestly, it often depends on what's most convenient for me and the coven. We do have to live in the world, and so things like jobs, doctor's appointments, and family obligations often play into our scheduling.
