Do you like to answer Incomplete Questions or Complete Questions..!!?? (read more)?

Complete questions because if I click on an incomplete question & then it's something I can't or don't want to answer I clicked on it for nothing. I guess it's not that big of a deal really, but I do prefer complete questions.....
