List of symptoms, Been to the ER 4 times. ANY IDEAS?

I would need a lot more history to make a diagnosis in this situation. Age being of huge importance. There are many things that can cause each of the symptoms you are describing. If you are having gross hematuria, there is generally something going on in your bladder or something really wrong with your kidneys as RBCs generally can't get out through the kidney. The leg numbness could be from simply sitting on them too long or nerve impingement or various other things. Amenorrhea x 7 months also has a broad differential depending on your age. Pelvic pain could be caused by any number of things including ovarian cysts, ovarian torsion, endometriosis, interstitial cystitis, irritable bowel syndrome...and the list goes on and on. The incontinence I can't say for sure because I don't know what kind it is stress, urge, overflow...Wish I could help more but those are vague symptoms without enough history to come up with a definitive answer
