How can you deny evolution?

If you read the Sumerian epic of the making of man when EA is said to have orders of Anu to bind the exisiting creatures image. All that is speaking about manipulation of a evolved creature into the image of EA. In the Old Testament Yahweh says he was going to make man in his image and likeness. Perhaps he wanted to remake man in his image and likeness and perhaps controlled the evolutional stages of the existing creatures. Maybe they are compatible with the making of man according to ancient Sumerian mythology and the ancient tradition of the Hebrews.
