How to make Cornflake Crusted Chicken?

I was wanting to know how to make cornflake chicken. Do I need to fry it in a non stick pan with some cooking spray or is it better to bake it? The only chicken I have is Frozen boneless skinless chicken , do I need to defrost it first in the microwave? Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
