Is this normal????????????????????????

Whenever I feel like it, I twist my elbow and it makes a crazy crackling sound. Can any of you do this to? My friends say I should see the doctor cause its kinda strange. Its a really hard crackling noise, like grinding, that I can do with both my elbows. I've had this strange cracklin noise in my elbow for, actually when I little. What is this?
