I have a five month old puppy that will not eat but is nauseated and slowly walking around the house?

I am force feeding her with the turkey baster water and the pumpkin,egg and chicken broth mixture. She hasn't had bowel movement and she's sort of breathing a little funny (snoring) sounds. She has been like this since Friday evening. It's the holiday weekend. Any suggestions... Besides the emergency vet clinic.
