HELP PEOPLE!!!!!!! weirdddd?

a guy one day came up and started talking to me. then he started like brushing his hand on my arm! and he stares at me but now he neva talks to mehh anymore just like stares....... and he was putting his backback down and like slid when he did it when i was facing that way.. help? what do u think about this?????
