i am 13 and 120 lbs. i am 5'5. i have a 60 min bball practice everyday, i run track, ( usually in practice 500m a day) i do the high jump and polevaulting and hurdles. i do 30 crunches a night. i eat around 1000 calories a day. i i ride a stationary bike for 30 minutes everyday. i walk around aproximately 3 miles a day with everywhere i go. How much weight do you think i will loose a day
