Is it at all possible to play runescape on a mobile phone or other handlheld device. Which phone?

Whilst at work I would like to play but i cant sue their internet connection as its blocked, what can I do. There must be a phone out there that uses wap or a handheld device liek a psp or nintendo ds i could use? But then theres the case of connection. Any help would be good. Thanks everyone
