Has anyone else Had a bad experience on Norwegian Cruse Line?

The ship was filthy, crew rude, food sucked, they lost my lugage the first day and didn't get it till the next, excursions way too expensive, drinks over priced, nightly entertainment boring, and on borad ship activities were greatly lacking.
