I can't stop crying hysterically ? ..?

I keep feeling this lump in my throat every night and i just cant strop crying until its like 4-3 am. i feel like i have so many tears it just doesn't stop and this lump is so suffocating i feel like its bloating my entire throat. this has been going on for a while now but its not the first time.
